Coleambally
- Sitting at the top of the sandhill in the towns centre is not only the Coleambally Water Tower but the start of the towns walking tracks. The tracks meander through the forest reserves that surround the town. Kangaroos are often seen at dusk and dawn, feeding on the ovals and reserves.
- Take a walk through the main street, discover the Outdoor Sculptures found along Kingfisher Avenue and Brolga Place
Darlington Point
- The Goanna Walking Track is an enjoyable walking track on the south side of the Murrumbidgee River. Starting at Fig Tree Park and meanders for 1.8 km beside the river winding through a majestic forest of red gums and black box trees.
- Freedom on two heels, part of the Murrumbidgee Valley Regional Park, the Willbriggie Regional Park offers access to the Murrumbidgee River from both sides of the river around Darlington Point. There's 15 beaches within the park around Darlington Point, the unsealed track becomes a great adventure on mountain bikes. Remember to pack drinking water, remove all rubbish as you leave and obey rules and regulations of the NSW National Parks
Jerilderie
- Jerilderie’s Ned Kelly Raid Trail of 1879 is a self-guided tour of the 16 sites visited by Ned Kelly and his gang in 1879. With 6 of the buildings directly associated to the 1879 visit still standing, it’s a fantastic insight into how the town looked when Ned visited.
- Horgan Walk. Walk over little foot bridges, sit among the gum trees and enjoy the flora and fauna with the Jerilderie oasis, this picturesque 20 minute walk allows you to enjoy nature as you wander, relaxing in tranquil surrounds, as the path meanders around the Billabong Creek
- Lake Jerilderie is surrounded by an 1.5km loop all-weather walking/cycling track and has a circuit of outdoor exercise equipment.
